Where is the line between acceptable fetishes and things people should seek treatment for?

I’m not really into anything niche, so I wouldn’t know. I guess those that don’t hurt you or anybody else are acceptable.

Foot fetish, latex fetish, golden showers, bondage, food fetish (might be gross tho), long hair fetish, high heels fetish. What I don’t agree with are pedophilia and necrophilia basically. Now I’m just talking about the main ones, because to be honest I don’t really know those underground fetishes either.
